Internet dropping

I'm only getting 50.1 download and on super fast broadband should be getting a lot more. My son can't play his Xbox as internet keeps dropping any help would be great.

The national average for Superfast (FTTC) broadband is around 56Mbs delivered to the Hub.

If the console is using WiFi, that's almost certainly the source of the problem.
