Internet dropping

Our internet keeps dropping out - we recently had fibre installed in the area. We had internal system checked in Thursday - all good and Sky tests are showing everything is fine but it's not! It's very difficult to work. Can we book an engineer please? I read in another chat that it could be some old copper cabling..

@Roo62 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thanks but I have tried this several times and it naturally says that the connection is ok because the internet is working at the moment - when the internet is down I can't log on to test it!! Our internal engineer has tested everything internally and it's fine.

@Roo62  You are not talking to Sky, this is an customer to customer based forum. If you are not seeing any faults on the broadband test and are able to call Sky then you can do this.
