My sky hub keeps losing connection several times a day. The internet and voice lights go solid orange for a few minutes before going green again. I try and run the diagnostic from the pop up window but it never finds anything. Anyone else had these issues?

You will need to click maintenance at the top
Sign in with
Username admin
Password sky or wifi password
At the bottom of the next page click "show statistics" and post that table

I see it dropped 41 minutes ago , how many times would it drop in a 24 hour period?
Usually with several drops a day you would expect the speed to suffer

Maybe 4 or 5 times a day. Its only for a short while though and then it comes right back.

Is this the only phone socket in use in the home?

I think you'd be best calling or having us escalate the issue on the forum for you so you can talk to an agent.

Did you manage to find a resolution to this? We're having the exact same problems, even desite swapping over to a new Sky Broadband Hub that was posted out to us...

The strangest thing was after posting on here the problem completely stopped. Not sure what the cause or solution was in the end unfortunately
