Internet dropping out repeatedly, very slow wi-fi intermittently

Hi,

For the past few weeks, our sky broadband has kept dropping out and then reconnecting after about a minute.

Separately, the wi-fi signal becomes very slow - about 1mbps even though the upload was still 4mbps.

I've turned the router on and off a couple of times. In all the years before this we haven't had any problems.

Router stats below:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@johnmccon  Going by your router stats shows your connection down. Have you tried to run the broadband test to see if it finds a external issue.

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

If someone has helped give them Like.
