My internet has been dropping out for the last 4 weeks, on average it can do it at least 20 times a day. Sky sent an engineer who recommended an open reach engineer should what he did didn't fix the issue. His visit unfortunately didn't fix the issue. Every time I ring sky they pass it onto the network team who can't find a fault, even though I've been speaking to advisors when the broadband goes down. So they won't book an open reach engineer until they see a fault. Any suggestions?
