Internet dropping out every few hours for weeks
All devices are buffering every few hours. Devices say no internet. My router has been replaced, as this was deemed as the issue by an advisor because the tests on the line were fine, but this has made no difference. When the connection drops , wifi symbol remains and all lights on the router are green. All software is up to date ...any idea what's going on? Thanks ☺️

@Sharni2701 Sky staff do monitor the forums but you have to rdmeber if only 0.1% of their 6 million customers have an issue that is 6,000 unhappy punters. Line issues have different causes and given many people are connected by using copper cables thst can be decades old the odd fault is inevitable.
Precisly what is causing your issue is unclear but assuming the online test in the My Sky app is not offering to book an engineer to check your line then post your Sky hub's connection stats and firum members can perhaps advise you on what to do see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
