Internet keeps dropping with amber light on internet then on voice too before turning back on a minute later with the internet briefly going off completely sometimes or just staying amber until the voice+ internet lights go green again. Then it repeats every 10-15 min

Only voice disconnected here but both amber when it cuts out with internet light completely off on occasion. The phone has cut off a couple of times when this happens too

Finds no fault when it's all green no fault in error then just cuts out minutes later at which point it can't run the test as no internet and the 192.168 test shows everything ok except voice like the picture above.
Tried reset button tried switching off at mains for a couple of minutes
Just started doing this yesterday suddenly after 18 months 😞

The tests are fine.
Yesterday it worked perfectly then this morning I noticed the sky tv box was working but saying it wasn't connected to the broadband box (only the voice button on controller not working)
I connected it in the settings and now it keeps dropping again 🙃 so it's something to do with the TV box causing the internet to drop
