Internet dropping off

Our internet has been dropping off on all devices for around the last month. We have tried numerous times to switch it off and on again. 

I am a Sky employee and it is affecting the work i can do for them.

 

Please can someone recommend what we should do.

Being that you are a Sky employee you should have your own channel for contacting Sky support, generally the forum is unable to help Sky employee accounts
