Broadband online check ok, but VCs still not possible.

I've checked my broadband online, & all appears ok.  Yet, all VCs that I join are patchy, loss of signal, video freezing, etc.  Any advice for further checks to see what's going on?

Thanks @jamesn123, but I can't log in via the maintenance tab.  I'm shown an error msg - 'Your connection to this site is not private'.  Followed by a 401 unauthorised error.

Hi @Laureni0801 

Nothing looks majorly wrong with your stats, the WAN uptime is a bit low but in terms of poor service quality there is nothing that suggests this should be happening so I suspect your problem is WiFi interference. 

Have you looked at Sky's WiFi troubleshooting guide?
