Feel like giving up!

Every 5th day all devices including sky have lost connection - 7 attempts today or resetting the box to get everything connected its driving me around the twist! Its not good when your autistic son relies on his ipad first thing in the morning. All the green lights are showing on the box but the ipads and sky are showing that its not connected

Do you mean that every 5 days the router will refuse connections?
