Hi
I am getting a similar issue, log is showing a lease renewal every 20mins,. Using a SR203 router with latest firmware, any help much appreciated.

If I was you I would get straight on the phone to sky, as the only thing they offered was to replace the router (which fixed it ) so may be worth doing that instead of jumping through hoops

I am getting the same problem, my lease keeps renewing and I get drops on my router. In the end I have to reboot it to get the Q box to connect

@Bob1362 No, I have had no response - apart from a scammer picking this up and trying to get me to let them remote control onto my PC. So be careful what you post on here as they somehow have our phone numbers.

@NickDn Sky are not very good at responding to most issues. The guy on the end of the phone tried to parm me off with something about too many devices connected to my router...
I'll probably vote with my 💷 and change to another isp.

Are you in Uk or Ireland?
You would need to call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to report a fault in the Uk

Hi. After switching from BT ot SKY, I`m now seeing Internet drops out, just now after last nights. With BT I had no issues. So must be with SKY router or ???. In the past we did have issues with our aluminium lines into the house, and voice would cut Interent connection i.e if someone rang, the internet would be cut until reseting itself. But Openreach sorted that. I`m thinking it may have come back? Additionally, my phone is now plugged into SKY router. Originally, with BT, it was from the master socket i.e. separate from the router connection.

Hi guys,
did any of you find a solution to this
I am experiencing similar issues recently, and daily just after 3:00pm alexa radio stops for about 30 seconds and my VPN has to reconnect
I can seee this in the router logs

And post maybe the last 24 hours of your syslog. Remove any reference to your public ip address and reformat the date stamps
