My internet had been dropping a lot the last few days I'm talking every 4 minutes sometimes for hours at a time.
here is my log, I'm sure it's this lease renewal causing it . It has been a nightmare the last few days, never had anything like it.

Just to add it is also resetting itself to 1970 on the dates(I had to remove all dates from the log because the post wouldn't go through until I removed them

What is your guaranteed minimum download speed?
If you can run tests from my sky app and post the info in more about your connection
Also how many times a day is it dropping ie how many times does the internet light on the hub go red?

Hi there , you can see al the information requested in this image. It is hard to say how many times this happens . In an hour last night o decided to track how many times my devices lost connection, however the weirdest thing would happen, say I was in a multiplayer game it would not kick me from the match like losing internet would, instead I would not be able to move/ teleport everywhere until the connection is restored, I would also be kicked from a party if i was in one. In an hour period the connection dropped 12 times

You are getting disconnections apparently due to dhcp lease renewal which can be a sign of a line fault as shown by being only 4Mbps above the minimum.
More obscurely is the TR69: wget failed - ConnectionError indicating a failure to connect to the auto confguration service
