Had this new broadband router for over 2 weeks now. Every day at random times the internet will start dropping every few minutes for a period of around 30 minutes or more. This can happen once a day or several times throughout the day. I'm not sure where to go from here, but obviously not happy - considering I need a stable internet connection working from home.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour line does show its dropped and the speed has also been banded which is a clear sign of a line fault.
