Internet down

Internet goes down second and fourth light goes red but yet on app everything says it's fine I tryed turning it off and on again still nothing been over 30 minutes now not good esspacily after the TV going down the other day ,can't use WiFi on phone have to use data just to even do this

I just sat down too , I eventually got it up unplugged it fir 10 mins then plugged back in X try that hopefully it works x
