Hello, following my broadband service since the beginning of September is terrible, the internet is not working, I don't know if it's because my contract ends on October 4th and that's why they reduced the service. I've been trying to talk on the phone for days and I can't. I would like to know how I can cancel my contract. I even received an email saying that I can already cancel due to this problem and they would even delete this charge for this month. But I can't speak. Somebody help me.

You will have to speak to someone if Sky have said you can cancel penalty free before the minimum term on your contract is up.
