My Internet keeps goin down what should I do

@Shaun4201 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I have done all that sometimes says there a problem then others says it's fine, always having problems with it

@Shaun4201  When it says there is a problem. Do you follow through with the fault finding to see if it can fix it?
