My internet as gone down just stopped working yesterday the light on my box for internet is off I have turned it off unplug re booted .still nothing

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I'm having the same issue. Broadband tests etc are coming back fine. Internet light on hub is flashing orange. Tried all the usual (turning on/off etc) still nothing
