Internet down

Saying connected and showing good download speed on app but box has red light visible and giving off no data or signal what so ever

Same ours is telling me its all good yet hub is just flashing green and nothing will connect

Same here. So annoying. App says everything is fine but nothing can connect.

I've restarted my router and still didn't help. I have a red light on my box 😩😩😩

This happened yesterday too. I just went to bed and working by morning. 
The service has been poor all week. Something must be going on that they're not telling anyone about.

When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. You don't receive advance notification of this from Sky or Openreach.


Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.
