Re: Internet down

@MartintH1 What is the colour or state of the hub light or lights?

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs

Re: Internet down

Thanks JimM1

Internet and voice were amber on the sky  hub... I pulled the power and rebooted twice, and it's now working again.

this is happening frequently since "upgrading" to Full Fibre

Having the same issue since 7pm last night.

Can't get any connectivity though sky says there are no issues.

Re: Internet down

@MartintH1 The two lights are indeed indicating that the broadband is down, and that may be external to your home. What service and what speed do you have from sky, we know you have the black SR203 hub from your reply and stating the lights. So you may just have been lucky the off/on cleared. The service checker or the diagnostic test's are the way to try and find out what is going on, but Amber internet/amber voice then you are down.....

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Not saying that there is not a FF problem, but my SR203 was up for months and never once did it drop to an amber light. The software saying everything is good that is a different story, run the service checker and take a look around all the arrow clicks, especially at the last 30 day history for the broadband that sky see when they check once per day....
