Recent broadband order

Recent recent to order to upgrade broadband speed and was promised some sort of pod things to plug in to give better signal all over my house but nothing has arrived.  Has anyone else received these?

@finx14 if your order included the WiFi Max bundlecthen Sky will supply a pod extender where they are required to get the guranteed speed in every room in the house. They are rarely sent out until it is proven they are nedded see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max if you think you need one (not the speeds of 10 or 25Mb/s which are guaranteed) give Sky a call

Hi. Did you get information on how to obtain the WiFi extender you were promised?

I have the same issue and I'm unable to find out how to get the equipment I was promised. The bot chat is a complete waste of time and I have nothing but trouble trying to get through to speak to a person, for help.

@Royston21 you ned to persevere in getting past the bot as you need to speak to an agent to getva pod sent out as part of the WiFi Max bundle. One technique is not to engage with the bot or simply to say you need technical help.
