Internet down

Our Internet keeps dropping, and it has been doing it all day. We are in the Plymouth area.

Anyone else having these issues?

I've reset the router, still no joy

@Hickson1  & @LJP1  Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I have been having a similar problem here in South East London. The Internet connection keeps dropping, sometimes once a day sometimes more. And this has been going on for about a month now. I work remotely, so this can be a real inconvenience when you are in the middle of a meeting.
