My internet is still down, anyone back up and running yet?

It's not just mine it's in a few areas but I just wanted to know off sky when it will be fixed I've been running tests and still down.

I live in the BL4 area and it has been off since the early hours of the morning .. several of the neighbors is also off

I am also having the same problems, the app says one thing then it says something else, mines been off since the early hours this morning and has only come back on for a few mins this afternoon .

@Gwenlli  It's your broadband that is affected by outages, you can't claim any monetary compensation unless it's been 2 working days since you reported it.  Do you have SKy Mobile?

Major outage across the North West, this includes Lancashire.My Sky internet went down last night came back for a short time today then back down.I'm in Manchester M32

Called sky on 150 there's an automated message about the outage ,which sates engineers are working on it.If you press option 1 when prompted Sky will send you a text when the problem has been resolved and you can go back on line.
