WiFi is down, this is a repetitive issue which is unacceptable because I work from home.
Internet light is orange, the other two are green, I have tried following all of the recommendations by sky to resolve this and no luck.

Openreach have a target fix time of two working days from when they are informed which they claim to achieve 85% of the time. It's worth noting that as Sky Broadband is a domestic service wfh will not speed up the process.
