Cannot connect echo dot due to captive portal
Hi,
I was trying to set my up my dad's echo dot, but the Alexa app stated that it could not connect as there was a captive portal. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you

Re: Cannot connect echo dot due to captive portal
The Alexa app is mistaken: there is no captive portal functionality hosted by a Sky Hub.

Many thanks for your help. I will try deleting the Alexa app and starting again.
