Hey there,
I've tried various resets , unplugging things in and out but it is showing as no internet connection.
I'm on gigafast and using the ASUS XT8 (which I've been using fine for a while)
i am in Sheffield. Is anyone else having similar issues and know of a fix?

There’s a few of us in Conisbrough and Doncaster that have no internet connection either.

I'm glad I'm working from home and have a good boss.
let's hope it gets resolved soon as I was pulling my hair out wondering what it was

Find out more@aisback & @DaveBur unless the connection test in the My Sky app tells you Sky are aware of an issuecaffecting your line call them and report it. There are 2 reasons firstly to get it fixed and secondly to start the clock for compensation see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

What's the best way to get in touch with sky themselves as I got sent to an automated chat and it sent me a link to try which says no issues but there is
