Once again the internet dropped out & showing an amber light on the voice light!
This isn't the first time this has happened & both times now I have lost so much online content!!
I am ending my contract with sky as soon as possible.
Terrible service.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Thanks for your help but it turns out it was a nationwide issue. Unfortunately for Sky this isn't the first time.
