Internet down again

Internet gone down again at 9.20pm and your system says current check says live when it is not and we've unplugged router and still saying we have great service. Clearly not a live test. Would like to log a fault and get our internet back.

@bu2 The current check is not a live check so you are aware!

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
