Router issues

Yet again, my router is not getting internet to it and coming up with orange lights. Apparently using the checked on the app, there are no issues. I literally had a BT engineer out to work on the external line only a few weeks ago, and it worked until yesterday, now back to square 1. There is clearly an issue as router lights are going orange and my sky stream box and my WiFi on my phone is saying it's disconnected from the broadband, even though my sky app is says there's no issue when I check for issues. Can anyone advise? Thanks

@Kerry187 The sky hub, are you able to do the stat's from the link below, just allow the fields to data fill, capture and post up when you get some time!
