Internet down again

Got no internet, it seems it's trying to connect as internet light will flash orange however nothing and the voice light has stayed orange - connection seems okay please help

If your broadband still isn’t working in the morning and you haven’t done it yet use this link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby.

This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households.

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.

WiFi keeps dropping out

Not sure what is happening but my WiFi keeps dropping out, it will work for a couple of hours or so and then drop out 

 

please can someone help as I need my WiFi for work

@Tiz Do you see anything on the hub when it happens! And what do you do when you get the problem!

WiFi down again

I need an engineer to come out WiFi keeps dropping out in the evening and I have no internet

The voice light goes amber and then internet light will turn off then start flashing green to try and connect and then drop out but now the voice light is a faint green and also the internet light

You have created new threads on this a number of times over the past couple of days which is not necessary. If the fault is still there call Sky to arrange an engineer if one is required.
