Find out more@Hostad1324 there are steps you can take if the line is up go into the My Sky app and click tomrun the connection test as thhat can book an engineer if your line is showing a fault. It will also give younthe current connection speed and what it has been for the last couple of weeks. It also will tell you the guaranteed speed.
