Los light red on the ONT device
The Los light is red even after I unplugged or switched off for 30 seconds as instructed. Besides calling in what can be done?

@Linton_A You can use a mobile connection to run the connection test in the My Sky app to see if thst tells you there is a known fault affecting your line. If it doesnt give Sky a call as the ONT is not receiving any signal from the exchange.
