We've had no internet for about an hour - mysky app says it's fine but when I click 'more wifi help', it just gives me a 403 error message. Anyone else experiencing similar?

If you are having a broadband issue the first thing to do (even if you’ve already tried it), is use this link to check if there are any outages or issues nearby that may identify a known fault, perhaps affecting multiple households ~

NOTE: The Service Checker doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and there is up to an hours delay before it picks up a lost connection so perhaps try it again later.
If there aren't any then try running the line test here

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is okay click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to contact Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

Bad weather?; Adverse weather can also impact your broadband.

I'm in SW17 and my WiFi has just gone down (00:15 - 19/03/26) but MySky seems to think all is fine...

Sw20 no internet but status check says ok
Reset router, checked all connections, reset connection and re-entered password but no internet so no streaming tv. Status checks all say ok and all working, but device checks say no internet. Any suggestions or is anyone else finding cpnnection issues Wimbledon area, SW London

I see you three have reported an issue after midnight.
Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption. There’s no pre-warning of this. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
