Internet has been down for about 34 mins now, internet light and voice light go solid orange then blink rapidly. All checks say nothing is wrong, why is there no chat facility ?

@Clemo68 Run the link below, sky do have a chat facility, but it depends on conditions of your testing and help, and also if it is opened at that point. You can also call 150 from your landline.

Thanks @JimM1 seems to be ok now, reset the router, but have lost voice calls somehow!! No great loss! We get this quite a bit, internet goes down but the troubleshooting brings up nothing, i'll call next time
