Came back from work and found internet was down. Router has WiFi and power light green but internet is not on. It was working fine when leaving house and no changes since coming home apart from internet is down.
tried all suggested option and guidance online, test says no issue in local area but can't detect router.
Been VIP member for 12 years and no option on app to book engineer. Just directs me to escalate case where the only options for issue are around the phone line.
has anyone had a similar issue and know what the problem was, while I try and get somewhere with contacting sky.

If so and nothing is found on the line then does a reboot of the hub help bring it back to life ?

Yes did this multiple times with a reset and still no internet light, the voice light not on now either but not sure what that is for. Tried powering off and unplugging it for 20 minutes and that has not worked.

Woke up this morning and the LOS light was off on the ONT, sounds like issue with landline, been through sky app again and it states an engineer has been booked so hopefully it is resolved soon!
