Internet doesnt cover the house

We have just purchased sky max and the connection is terrible. It cuts out constantly and barely covers our house, who can I talk to??? Can't seem to find a way to speak to a human!

@LauraN1 Dial 150 from your landline or a sky mobile. Tomorrow now as they are closed! If you also have to de-tune the sky Max hub see the help!
