Waiting on Openreach to install fibre...now what?

Openreach were meant to come last week to install the fibre cables, but were a no show. Tried getting in contact but keep getting ping ponged between sky and open reach. The Sky engineer who turned said he couldn't do anything until they have been. Luckily we've got 4G signal...just about, not viable long term, we're sort of sat like lemons waiting on Openreach - now what?

@SamTheMan14 You are the customer off sky, only they can tell what is going on if they have been informed by OR to what the issue is!

@JimM1 the sky engineer said he'd marked us as something like 'change not made' or 'request no change' by default - just seems odd to have a category for all but would imagine everyones situation is different depending on area, etc.
