Internet cuts out / out of contract
My internet keeps cutting out, more so than normal, I am out of contract and don't want to upgrade or renew as the speeds offered are too slow! I am currently getting 7mb when it works! It has been getting worse the last few days and I've noticed my contract is due for renewal - is it slowing and cutting out because more often because of this issue? The chat bot isn't helpful

@CB2412 Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

Re: Internet cuts out / out of contract
@CB2412 the issue will not be related to your contract status. You can check what speeds Sky can offer on your line in the My Sky app or by calling them - dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line gives a free call. Remmeber Sky guarantee spedds to the hub not to the device and oftten the issue isnt the line butvwifinspeeds in your home.
The speeds you can get depends on your Openreach line but if as it sounds you are in a rural area if you really can only get 7Mb/s you maybe able to access funding or invoke what is known as the Universal Service Obligation (see https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/information-for-industry/telecoms-competition-...) which applies where speds are below 10Mb/s (you need BT rather than Sky for that).
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
