The internet cutting out all the time needs to be fixed

For the forum members to help you we need more information on what is failing whether it is wifi-connected devices only or wired ethernet-connected devices as well, or indeed every device in the premises that cut out.

You likely have a line fault and will need an engineer to fix the fault, the quickest way to book an engineer is to call Sky on 150 from your home phone.

There is a 03... number that one can phone Sky on by mobile which is included with inclusive minutes, just search on the Sky site for their telephone number...

@cailum10  If you already have a booster and the one you have is faulty then you will need to call Sly to get a replacement.
