@Mark370 WiFi outside your home is not guaranteed by any ISP including BT. However there are indications of a possible issue with recent white Sky Max hubs having issues with WiFi range certainly there have been more reports recently. Raise the issue of range with Sky but avoid mentioning external cameras or you will just get a stock reply.
