Internet constantly cutting out

Our internet is awful. Constantly cutting out.

its never good but lately its worse than ever.

youve already admitted your not providing us with the speed you offered us and charge me for. I think I should be reimbursed for what Ive been charged & at the least send out an engineer again?

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.


If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any problems or outages nearby
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)

If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If the service checker is still not telling you that Sky are aware you may need to call them to report it (dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline).

It actually all went green on your tests even when I had 2 amber lights on my modem right at that moment. 
its constantly throwing our devices off tonight its driving us mad.

I also have 3 autistic kids here & theyre getting very upset when theyre devices aren't working.

Not our tests. Hopefully you read the first paragraph of my previous post. This is a customer focused forum. 

You may need to call Sky to report it.

I have had hardly any WiFi today & this happens on a daily basis for over a fortnight & they have also hiked up the monthly bill & I have done all the checks on the broadband & still the speed is slow or non existent.
