Internet connection

I keep getting message on my screen when I'm in an app saying you are not connected to the Internet please check your equipment

@Rubyduby88 you can check if there is an issue with your Sky hub by looking at the LEDs on it see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start which tells you what they mean and what to do.
