Wish to change from Sky Broadband to NOW Broadband

I wish to terminate my Sky Broadband and recontract to NOW Broadband.

Sky Customer advisor today informed me I could.  However online when I try to sign up for NOW Broadband, I keep getting notifications stating that SKY Broadband  customers cannot have a NOW Broadband Contract.  Online SKY recognises my address and blocks the new application.  Advice please how I can get around this issue?  Thank you.

@Nosirum  Now Broadband is powered by Sky Broadband so I don't beleive you can switch from Sky to Now as they are essentially the same.

You should be able to switch from sky to now or vise versa however as the are both supplied by the same equipment you cannot transfer your number as it is already active with sky so would need a new one allocated
