Hi, I have been having trouble recently with my broadband router. Today 3 times it's disconnected to the internet and won't let me use the internet or connect. When it does it will connect me and then cut off again. The voice and internet on the router is orange and the other 2 are green. I've followed the steps to unplug, restart and still the same issue

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
