Internet connection

Been having issues getting my new hub connected to the internet! Broadband connection is ok but keeping getting no internet connection. Have done all the usual stuff like switching off and back on, tried to reset through the main sky Q box but still nothing - going on for 3 days now!! Any suggestions??
