Why isn’t anything connecting to WiFi but tests say it’s all good

None of my tv boxes , phones or games will connect but modem has all 3 green lights on

Same here increased price broadband failing constantly but the stats show everything ok

Me too,

I have spoken to Sky and all is ok apparently. This has to be a wider issue for so many people to have the same issue.

If your hubs has the lights lit then they need to be powered off for at least 30 minutes before powering them back up.

Me too says no wifi but check hub says ok no sky glass either. Switched hub off and on again still  nothing although light on hin as should be.

Same here. I have tried resetting .. unplugging then connecting again..logging out and back in.. forgetting connections then reconnecting and nothing is working. 


I have upgraded recently and still have connection issues.
