My internet connection is very poor , every time I checked in the sky app is tell me is fine but is not on our end , we don't have connection in almost the whole house , I have done all the steps provided but is just not getting there .

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreConnection is not guaranteed throughout your house. If you have Broadband Boost or Sky Max you are entitled to boosters to try and improve the situation but even then it isnt guaranteed.
Can you please post your router stats

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Elizabeth301 If you run the broadband test it will tell you what you are getting. But it will also tell you what you should be getting between and the minimum that you are getting. This can be done following the link below.
