Hi my internet connection to iphones via wifi and laptop via ethernet is regularly dropping, almost on a daily basis 2-3 times a day on some occasions. I have made a screen grab of summary stats below - anyone got any ideas?

Mine is doing the same but multiple times a day. I work from home and this is causing me major issues!

@jamesn123 thanks for insight - yes it is quite old! Would I be best simply requesting replacement via Sky or go for a third party option?
