Hi, my router keeps losing connection multiple times a day and has been happening for the last 2 weeks. It's a SR203 model and there should be 4 green lights on the front when it's working properly, but it's the internet light and the voice light that keep going orange multiple times a day. So just wondering if it's a router issue or a connection issue to the router or possibly even an issue in my area? Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks

Hi am having the same issues, its up/down throughout the day and trying to enguage sky is impossible, the website says everything is ok? Terrible customer care, how can I get to speak someone about this issue? Tried to get through to a person but no luck and the call terminated?

I am having the same problem and have been for 2 weeks!!! Internet drops and green light on router turns amber!!!

Yes the support people dont seem to be able to understand an intermitant issue, or ask to look at the logs on the router that they provide. A lot of talk about wifi and baby alarms on the call I had today.
I tried to explain that the WAN was going up and down but this was pointless, they are sending me a new router as they say that is the issue? This is a very frustrating experiance.

and so it continues, today the braodband has gone done a few times like last Saturday, the promised new hub/router has not turned up.

Mine hasn't been so bad this week but I've been seeing loads of people on Facebook having the same issues, doesn't look like sky care about their customers and it's only about money now.
