Internet connection weak
Hi, we've moved to sky broadband wef 12.05.26 and the internet is very slow. We had EE before and it was much faster and never buffering when we watch videos on out phones. The back Ring camera is set up in the WiFi and it keeps going off line as it's at the furthest point from the hub.
so far, we are not receiving great WiFi and are questioning whether it was worth it. Please can you help. The WiFi connection through the app shows the broadband and WiFi are fine. We are really struggling with accessing anything across our devices. Thanks Lailah

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:
If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
