Internet connection sucks really bad

What's wrong with your service ? Your connection sucks. Having to pay x amount of monet for your so called sky fibre and yet can't connect a decent amount of time without having disconnected again and again.

Might as well switch to Virgin media

@JR74 You aren't addressing Sky this is a public, customer to customer forum. 

One would assume that these are WiFi connected devices?
